I have ordered from QVC many, many times and have always been thrilled with my purchase. I have never once returned anything. I love the fast you can buy and pay over time and they ship things really fast.
My complaint is lately they seem to have ZERO selection and inventory. I have shopped for a computer or laptop on a few occasions and there were hundreds of options. I have shopped for speakers, there were tons of options, I bought a ninja blender a long time ago, and was looking to buy another one or possibly some other small stuff for the kitchen, and the selection is horrible. No Ninja blenders at all... Also, used to be so much stuff you could pay for 4-5 or even 6 payments. Now, almost everything is only 3 payments.
I will likely still shop here, I love the site but I won't be buying much until they get a better selection and offer more payment options.

Not sure if this a fair review, haven't ordered from QVC in years, tried to make a few recent purchases but the system wouldn't update my address correctly and I'm glad it didn't.Disappointed how these QVC Spokespeople have beein selling fear to viewers. Food items was a big one, order food so you don't have to go out in a pandemic. David Venables who I have had mad respect for, did a HP computer deal of the day and mentioned at the end of Nov beginning Dec when it aired, that computers are hard to find...SERIOUSLY ?? I could go to Staples, Best Buy, eBay, Amazon, Costco etc. and find a computer of any brand any model. The lies they have been spewing and fearing people in to buying is messed up. Also, you can find their products much cheaper elsewhere, whether it's the same brand or something close to it.

Have ordered from qvc for many years customer service is very rude to me I don't deserve this

I have ordered many products. Delivery is quick. Quality of products are excellent. I love QVC products. Happy customer.

QVC is my favorite brand and i like all products. Results are amazing. Quality and Quantity is superb. Price is affordable. Happy customer. Recommended to friends and family.

I guess I was sent the WRONG item I NEVER ordered (nor would I EVER order that crap!) because after my first recent order arrived, I was VERY displeased with it (as were countless others!) and posted a negative review. But honestly, my two cats can tell the difference between a wooden cooking spoon set (that had another person's name on the label underneath mine) and a keyboard and mouse! Quality and now service is going down the drain with QVC! Major disappointment dummies!

This is something I just noticed about QVC after years of ordering from them. Everything you put in your shopping cart is set up as a separate order unless you get two of the same thing. The separate order is so they can charge you tax and shipping fees on each order. Example: same day, same hour I ordered bug trap and red rug. They were in shopping basket together but two orders #s. Later I cancelled the rug but it didn't affect the bug trap order. Now I'm waiting for the bug trap and a refund for the cancelled rug order. I also learned last year NOT to buy QVC silver jewelry because it turns gray and black after a month of continual wearing. Not pure sterling silver but some made up shiny junk. You have been warned.

We ordered a SHARK vacuum cleaner from QVC. Promised the best of service, and within two days of use, it picked up a plastic top/cover from a ball point pen, and tore the rubber blades in the floor nozzle. We phoned QVC, well within their warranty, and they said it was our problem, as it was accidental damage, and not a fault of the machine. Over £300 and ripped to shreds by a plastic pen cover. Not good design, and dreadful after care. We even offered to buy a new floor nozzle, but, " It's not our problem ". Absolutely shocking 'service'.

I recently ordered a toy from QVC for a Christmas present. Another popular retailer offered it online for a cheaper price, but was sold out, so I had to get it at QVC. The quality was as expected and shipping was quick. I was disappointed I had to pay a higher price for it than other retailers offered though. If you are paying in full for something you can probably find the same products for cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I ordered four items on four different days and the gift messages did not get sent with the gift (even though I filled them out online). I emailed them and gave them the order number and the message that I would like to have added. They pretended to misunderstand for over a week and then asked for me to fix it online. Their software does not allow for this to be fixed online. The gifts were all shipped with no gift message. I will never order from this company again.

I wish every customer service department worked liked the one at QVC. No outsourcing to third world countries, just friendly customer oriented service like the good old days. Shipping is reasonable or free and if you aren't happy, send it back. Thanks, QVC.

Ordered a Valerie Parr Hill Christmas Lamp post . First said it was in stock when I ordered. Sometime later said it was on back order. Logged in today, several weeks later and they had cancelled the order. No money was paid to them, so that’s a relief. Never ordering from them again!
